Project description:

The Clear Path project aims to research and develop an intelligent solution for the automatic detection and prediction of fraud in the telecommunications sector, enabling telecom regulatory authorities to act in a more agile, independent and proactive way. The goal is to support regulators in identifying and preventing fraud (e.g., undue charges for value-added services) through a detailed and intelligent analysis of the events automatically shared by operators. On this project, there will be created a web tool for analysis, reporting and alerting, where regulators can define manual fraud detection rules, view dashboards, consult the history of detected fraud, receive alarms and validate predicted fraud, supported by a cloud infrastructure. The system will combine Machine Learning, Generative AI and human-in-the-loop techniques to detect both known and new types of fraud.
