Project description:

The DocAIGenPlus project aims to investigate and develop a solution for the automatic generation of technical documentation, C4 diagrams, and sequence diagrams for software development projects. The goal is to support software project management and development teams in creating and maintaining project documentation, potentially reducing the time and effort required to perform these tasks. On this project, there will be created two interfaces for automatic content generation which, in the first instance, will allow the automatic generation of content: (i) a CI/CD plugin, which will be integrated into the code change processes in the repositories in order to automatically generate the desired content; (ii) a web interface, where users can upload software code updates so that the platform can generate documentation and diagrams automatically. The system will combine Generative AI mechanisms and human-in-the-loop techniques to create contents of greater quality.
